A puppy that learns "how to learn" will be able to learn new things more quickly throughout life! More than some "store brand" Basic Beginner package, these 6 week coaching packages teach you how train your pet with patient explanations and working examples - puppy gets a solid foundation in basic skills! With practice, this program can lead your pet to become an excellent canine citizen.

Has your dog forgotten everything they have learned or may be just a late starter to training? This is the most common age for dogs to be turned into shelter due to their pubescent roller coaster. Through consistent reinforcement we will once again show them that it's cool to listen!

* Some of you may choose to work on basic skills with your adult dog that my courses cover (- especially if you have a newly-adopted rescue or shelter dog or a pet with no real training. These things can be successfully taught to dogs of ANY age, once we teach your dog "how to learn!" (Package price available)

Puppy Socialization & Training intensive

6 week Puppy Building Block package with family plus additional 2-3 p/week "fieldtrips" with just Amanda for safe, fun and positive exposure to the great big world. Designed for puppies 8 weeks to 20 weeks of age

My socialization intensive was conceived to help pet parents with their modern, hectic lifestyles relax knowing that puppies critical socialization needs are bring met. Experts agree! The entire family will be involved during in home sessions. We will work together to improve necessary skill building during our home session, and Amanda will come and work one on one in private 1.5 hr sessions with your pup to proof, test and reinforce training in a multitude of environments.

Puppy dog day training is more efficient than "board and train" or "day care and train" programs - no need to drop off or pick your dog up, I come to YOU and train your dog in YOUR environment! It's also much less expensive (and less lonely!) than sending your pup away for weeks at a time. Needs and expectations as well as budget consideration. will determine duration beyond 6 wks. The perfect puppy was not built in a day.

Doggy Day training

This is a customized program - fee will be based upon the number of days and weeks necessary to reach our goals, as determined at the initial consultation. 4 wk minimum

This service considers REALITY, complications, chores and challenges faced by many families and single pet owners.

Do you long for a well-trained dog, but work long hours or have too many family committments?
Are you afraid that, if you train your dog yourself, you won't do as good a job as a professional trainer?

I train YOUR dog! ( I will come to you 2-3 times per week and work with your dog for approximately 1.5 hours per session. We will work alone, but in your home, your yard - your pet's everyday environment... all while YOU continue with your busy life!

I meet with you, your family and your pet to show you what your pet has learned either weekly or bi-weekly, teach you how to get the same behaviors and show you what to do in order to keep the lessons fresh in your pet's memory.

This program can be customized to desensitize the fearful dog so it can live a more happy and peaceful life. The Fearful dog, the rescue dog, the previously neglected dog may need specialized attention.
